ijkpunten vergelijken: kolom 'niet ingevuld' voor lege periode

Bij vergelijken van periodes voor één persoon liep fAddLijst vast op een
periode zonder scores (geen ambities, resultaten null), waardoor die en
volgende periodes verdwenen.

- Userlijsten: standaard ambitie en resultaten=false voor lege periode
- ijkpunten.php: eigen grijze kolom 'niet ingevuld'; bestaande tabellen
  alleen voor periodes met scores
- ijkpuntenmodel.js: lege periodes overslaan in de grafiek; melding
  'niet ingevuld' alleen als geen enkele periode is ingevuld
